I have one career goal and it is to become an Registered Nurse. I am actually taking nursing classes in high school to learn some of the basic thing that deal with nursing like terminology and other things like that. I would like to be a RN because I want to help people that are in need of help. I feel that you can do more than one type of job in the health care field if you go to school to become one. A registered nurse is a good paying job in my opinion. When i become an RN I would like to become a Labor and Delivery Nurse.

Work Environment Working as an RN can be a little stressful but I think its work it. Many RNs stand, bend, lift, and walk most of the time when their on the job. RNs/Labor and Delivery Nurses have a faced paced job. They are also in lose contact with patients that could be infectious or may have a type of disease. Becoming this type of nurse you will basically have to deal with rotating shifts nights, weekends, and holidays. They most likely work 12 hr shifts but it depends what job they are going into. http://www.villanovau.com/resources/nursing/registered-nurse-rn-job-description/#.VS0izvnF8To |
